Post doctoral training

The CMU-Portugal ICTI Program in Applied Mathematics offers Ph.D. and postdoctoral training in Applied Analysis and in Probability, Stochastic Analysis and their Applications. Ph.D. graduates of the program will earn two doctoral degrees, one from Carnegie Mellon University and the other from the Portuguese partners in association, currently the Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa (UTL) through the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), the Universidade de Lisboa (UL) through the Faculdade de Ciências (FCUL), and the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL) through the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologias (FCTUNL).

Trainees in the program are fully funded by the Portuguese Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT).
